Wow -- I guess I never thought about CC's being anywhere else ever.

That building where Clutch Cargo's was, is the Detroit Women's City Club, an historic building in Foxtown. It was built in 1923 by William Buck Stratton, with tiles by his wife Mary Chase Stratton (Pewabic). It was also the first home of the "City Club" venue, i think. i saw Pete Shelley there, as well. It's way nicer than the place in Poniac, or at least more fun!
