Generally i don't post links found at Cute Overload because i figure you're already reading it. But today there was a very funny Top Gear segment, where Jeremy Clarkson takes the smallest car ever made, the Peel P50, out (and in) for a spin. If CU isn't a daily stop, i would hate for you to miss this. You want to watch it to the end, for a look at what Clarkson calls the 'sport' version - the Peel Trident, considered by Time magazine to be one of the 50 worst cars of all time. Adorable, though!
By the way, Jeremy isn't tooling about simply because he's with the BBC. Street legality in the UK is grandfathered in, so if a 53 x 39 inch, 36 mph vehicle with no reverse gear was legal in 1962, it is now. It is, however, subject to London's congestion charge!
OMG I was overwhelmed with WANT at the sight of this!! Who needs to drive backwards anyway? It's not like it would be HARD to parallel park with it. Shoot, you could just drive it right into the store!
God save the queen!
