The postcard du jour is taken from a Taschen postcard set, in turn taken from The Art of Eric Stanton. Eric Kroll credits Stanton for this page from Confidential TV in 1964. i'm not buying it. This doesn't even look like some of the Stanton pencils Ditko may have inked. The guy's head in the second panel, the tilted building in the third panel, and even the coy 'the end' card hiding the caroonist's face - none of these things look like anything Stanton even pencilled. What do you think?

there are two stantons i bought two ditko stantons in about 1968 in england and i know his art anywhere,damn good porn too!!!

Cool! i envy you having Ditko Stantons. i love these panels, and i have heard tell that some of the stuff was all Steve... but who can tell once he's gone over Stanton's layouts?
